Property Terms and Conditions
§1 SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS
1. The Terms and Conditions define the rules of providing services, liability and staying at the Imperiall Resort & MediSpa and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by signing a registration card, as well as by making a reservation and/or payment of the advance and/or the entire amount due for the stay at Imperiall Resort & MediSpa. By performing the above-mentioned actions, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepts the Terms and Conditions.
2. The Terms and Conditions apply to all Guests staying at the Property
§2 HOTEL NIGHT
1. Standard room/Cottage Lux is rented for hotel nights.
2. The hotel day lasts from 16:00 to 10:00 the next day.
3. The guest should submit a request to extend the hotel day at the Reception as soon as possible. The property may not take into account the request to extend the stay in case of use of all accommodations or in the case of guests who do not comply with the applicable regulations.
4. The property reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay in case of not making full payment for the previous stay.
§3 BOOKING AND CHECK-IN
1. The basis for the guest's check-in is to present a photo ID to the Reception Office employee and fill in and sign the card At the check-in of the children, in case of doubts about meeting the condition of §3 paragraphs 2 and 3, guardians are obliged to present a document certifying the age of the child.
2. Children 0-3 years old (under 3 years old on the day of check-out) free of charge: sleeping on bed with parents, without bed linen and towel, without lunch. Up to two children up to 3 years stay free of charge over nominal accommodation (age based on date of check-out)
3. Children 3-12 years old (under 12 years old on the day of check-out) calculation of the price list children 3-12 years old.
4. Children over 12 years old are subject to an adult price list calculation on the day of check-out.
5. The hotel guest may not transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which he paid the payment for the stay has not expired.
6. Guests who are not registered at Imperiall Resort & MeDispa are welcome to stay in the Lux Room/Cottage from 08:00 to 22:00.
7. The object may refuse to accept a Guest who during the previous stay grossly violated the Regulations, in particular by causing damage to the property or property of the Guests, damage to the Guest, employees of the Facility or other persons staying in the Facility.
8. The property reserves the right to charge a credit card pre-authorisation upon check-in or to charge a cash deposit for the entire stay.
9. The reservation is called guaranteed if a deposit of 30% of the value is paid within 3 days from the date of booking. No deposit may result in cancellation.
10. In case of resignation of the Guest, the deposit is not refundable.
11. Guests of Imperiall Resort & MeDispa are required to pay for the entire stay declared in the reservation on the day of arrival.
12. The resort does not refund the paid fee in case of shortening the stay by the Guest during his stay, unless the shortening of the stay is due to the fault of the property.
§3 UTILITY FEES IN LUX COTTAGES
The guest is obliged to pay the costs of his/her stay and any services and goods ordered or used during the stay, as well as the use of utilities, at the latest when checking out from Imperiall Resort & MeDispa. At the time of check-out, the costs of use related to the stay are determined, that is, the costs of utilities - if these utilities are used in a given location and the Guest used them.
These costs shall be determined on the basis of the indication of the electricity consumption meters and with such accuracy as the meter reading allows, in accordance with the units and subunits commonly used in trading. Readings are made at the time of Check-in and Check-out at the Reception or remotely if the Facility has technical capabilities to enable this form of readings.
In case of failure to pay all charges related to the stay, the Service Provider is entitled to charge the Guest for all services and goods rendered for his benefit.
§5 SERVICES
1. The facility provides services according to its category and standard.
2. In case of reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them immediately to the Reception, which will enable employees to improve the standard of services provided.
3. The property is obliged to provide guests with:
- conditions of the guest's rest in accordance with the presented offers
-security of stay, including confidentiality of information about the Guest, professional and courteous service
-Cleaning service: Standard Rooms and Lux Cottages are cleaned until 18:00, every other day of the stay;
-performing the necessary repair of devices during the absence of the guest, and in the event of his presence only if he gives his consent and wish
- to the extent possible, make available another Lux/Room Cottage or otherwise alleviate inconvenience when defects occurring in Cottage Lux/Room cannot be removed.
4. On request of the guest, the Centre provides the following services free of charge:
- providing information related to stay and travel,
- storage of money and valuables during the guest's stay at the Center,
- storage of luggage of guests checked in at the Resort.
5. The property reserves the right to change the time, form and place of the meal included in the package.
§6 GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
1. Children under 12 years of age should be on the premises of the Center under the constant supervision of legal guardians. Legal guardians bear material responsibility for any damage caused by the actions of children.
2. The Guest of the Center bears full material responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical equipment, caused by his/her fault or the fault of visitors to it. The resort reserves the right to charge the credit card or assign benefits to the Guest's stay for damage caused during the stay or after his departure. A VAT invoice will be issued to settle the damage, which is the basis for settling obligations.
3. In case of violation of the provisions of the Regulations, the Center may refuse to provide services to a person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the requests of the Centre, pay for existing benefits, to pay for possible damage and to leave the Centre
4. Each guest leaving the Lux Room/Cottage, for security reasons, should turn off the TV, turn off the light, turn off the taps and lock the door with the key and leave it at the reception.
5. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons, cookers and other similar devices that do not constitute equipment in the Apartments/Lux/Rooms.
§7 ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND SERVICES
1. The hotel provides services according to its category and standard.
2. In case of reservations regarding the quality of services, please report them to the reception as soon as possible, which will enable us to respond promptly and improve the standard of services provided.
3. The hotel provides: conditions for full and unrestrained rest of the Guest, security of stay, including keeping the information about the Guest confidential, excluding if their provision results from an obligation imposed by law; professional and courteous service, cleaning the room and performing the necessary repair of equipment during the absence of the Guest and in the case of his presence only if he gives his consent and wish, if possible another room or otherwise mitigate the insufficiency Convenience, when defects in the room can not be removed.
4. The hotel has the right to charge the guest for damage caused according to the price list of equipment constituting annex 1 to the regulations.
5. Regardless of the price list of equipment, the Hotel reserves the right to an individual and separate valuation of damage depending on the scope of work necessary to remove damage according to the price list of damages and additional works constituting annex no. 2 to the regulations.
6. The guest should notify the hotel reception about the occurrence of damage immediately after its finding.
7. Each time the guest leaves the room should check the door closure. In addition, when checking out, the Guest is obliged to return the key/card to the reception.
8. For reasons of fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that do not constitute the equipment of the hotel room in the rooms.
§8HOTEL RESPONSIBILITY
1.The Centre shall be liable for loss or damage to items brought by a person using its services within the scope specified in Art. 846-849 of the Civil Code, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
2.The Guest should notify the reception of the Center about the occurrence of damage immediately after its finding.
The Centre's liability for loss or damage to money, securities, valuables or objects of scientific or artistic value shall be limited if these items are not put to the reception deposit.
4. The resort shall not be liable for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest.
§9 RETURN OF THINGS LEFT
1. Items of personal use, left in the Apartment/Room/Cottage Lux by the departing Guest, will be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest at his expense. In the event that such a disposition is not received, the Center will store these items for 1 month.
§10 COMPLAINTS
1. Guests have the right to submit a complaint in case of noticing deficiencies in the quality of the services provided.
2. All complaints are accepted by the Reception.
3. The complaint should be submitted immediately after noticing deficiencies in the standard of services provided.

§11 ANIMATIONS
1. It is forbidden to take toys out of the place of play.
2. Before playing, children must be deprived of all kinds of sharp objects (keys, chains, earrings, etc.) that may in any way compromise their safety during play.
3. Children under 5 years of age must be brought and picked up by parents or guardians. Left unattended, they are at the sole responsibility of the parents (guardians).
4. The service reserves the right to shorten the child's stay in the event of his aggressive behavior that threatens the safety of the stay of other participants of the game.
5. The playroom is not responsible for the effects resulting from the consumption of articles brought by children or guardians into the playroom area.
6. The Playroom shall not be liable for damages resulting from non-compliance with the provisions of these regulations.
§12 ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
1. The resort accepts the presence of pets. Pets are allowed in Domki Lux for an additional fee. However, the owner of the animal is obliged to keep it in such a way that it does not pose a threat to other guests and staff. The Guest is obliged to remove any impurities left by the animal on the premises of the Center.
2. In Lux Rooms/Cottages you cannot store dangerous goods — weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive and illuminating materials.
3. There is a complete ban on smoking in the Main Building, Rooms, Lux Cottages and outdoor terraces. Smoking only in designated areas. Failure to comply with the ban is tantamount to the guest agreeing to cover the costs of dearomatization in the amount of 1000 zlotys.
4. It is forbidden to conduct acquisitions and external sales on the premises.
5. It is forbidden to make excessive noise on the premises, causing unpleasant odors or other things that disturb, harm or annoy other Guests of the Facility.
6. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to Lux Rooms/Cottages and their equipment, except for slight rearranging of furniture and equipment, without affecting their functionality and safety of use.
7. The guest at the Center is obliged throughout the stay to wear an identification band issued at the reception desk on the day of arrival. Loss, loss or destruction, as well as making the identification wristband available to others, will prevent you from using our services to the full extent. The fee for repeated receipt of the identification wristband is PLN 20.
8. Abbot for losing the card to the hotel room or the key to the Room/Cottage Lux/Apartment is PLN 50.
9. Movement/minor equipment: in case of absence, Guest will be charged according to price list:
10. Additional change of towel/bathrobe/bed linen - surcharge in accordance with the price list.
11. Permanent equipment: in case of damage, the Guest shall bear full financial responsibility in accordance with the purchase or repair price list.
12. The hotel has a night's silence from 23:00 to 07:00 in the morning.
13. The entrance gates to the premises are opened between 07:00 and 22:00.
14. Imperiall Resort & MeDispa reserves the right to change the operating hours of the Facility's service points.
