PRIVACY POLICY

INFORMATION CLAUSE ON THE PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter: GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is IMPERIALL.PL sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Sianożęty, ul. Północna 6, 78-111 Ustronie Morskie, KRS: 0000298776, hereinafter referred to as the Controller; the Administrator conducts operations for processing your personal data,

2. Your personal data will be collected and processed in order to book the services of a food stay, rehabilitation stay, stay with treatments or use a Newsletter subscription, receive commercial information electronically regarding the Administrator's own products, receive commercial information by telephone /and will not be made available to other recipients,

3. The basis for processing your personal data is:
a) conclusion and execution of a contract for the provision of residence services between you and the Administrator hereinafter referred to as the “contract” for which the processing of your data is necessary (we require providing personal data: name, address, number and series of identity card, vehicle registration number and data provided each time at the Spa Reception necessary to correct performance of the contract) (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) “GDPR”), b) in the case of monitoring
protection of the vital interests of the Guest and the vital interests of other natural persons, as well as the legitimate purpose of the Administrator (legal basis: art. 6 para. 1 lit. d and f “GDPR”),
c) the consent of the Guest, if such was expressed for the Administrator's marketing purposes (sending marketing offers, Newsletter, marketing phones, image) (legal basis: Article 6 (1) letter a “GDPR”),) the legitimate purpose of the Administrator, i.e. for the purpose of internal administrative procedures — keeping statistics, reporting, verification and examination
satisfaction of participants (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1. lit.f. “GDPR”),
e) in order to pursue possible claims (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) “GDPR”),
f) marketing and promotion of products and services and future own events (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (a) and (f) “GDPR”),
g) the necessity of processing for legitimate purposes the interests pursued by the Administrator (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f “GDPR”)

4. Providing data is necessary to conclude a contract for residence at Imperiall.pl Sp. z o.o., in case of failure to provide data, it is impossible to conclude a contract,

5. The recipients of your personal data may be authorized employees and representatives of the Controller and entities processing personal data, entities related to legal, accounting and tax support and other than the above-mentioned entities cooperating or acting on behalf of Imperiall.pl sp. z o.o. Data may also be disclosed to the competent authorities, provided they are authorized in accordance with applicable law.

6. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in point 2:
a) in connection with the performance of the concluded contract, until its termination, after that time for the period and to the extent required by law or to secure possible claims,
b) in connection with the marketing of products and services offered by the Administrator, until the consent for such processing is withdrawn.
c) obtained in connection with monitoring will be processed for 14 days from the date of fixation, after this period they will be permanently removed

Data in the scope of: name and surname, e-mail address, may be stored for another 3 years from the moment of occurrence of the above conditions for evidence purposes — these data will not be used for marketing purposes.

The Controller does not intend to transfer your data to a third country or to international organizations.

7. You have the right to:

-request from the Controller access to his/her personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data, -object to such processing,

-transfer of data, -lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, -withdraw consent to the processing of personal data

8. Your personal data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling,
9. Your personal data will be stored by Imperiall.pl Sp. z o.o. in Sianozety.

We would also like to inform you that

• The Administrator makes every effort to ensure all means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations
• Your personal data are processed electronically, in accordance with the methods and procedures related to the purposes of processing referred to in point 2 above.
